How can multi-level multi-national contact tracking can be achieved?

When everyone send his/her anonymous contact list to the national trust center server, the mesh of contacts is updated.

Every time, when you check your status, your UUID is checked wether it is on any contact list of infected persons. But not only on them, it will be also checked of any of your contacts is on a contact list of an infected person. And so on up to 4 levels.

If in this crawling process a contact of another country is listed, the where-used search request will be forwarded to this countries trust center.

At the end, you will receive a filtered chain list, leading multi-level to UUIDs of infected people, even of other nations.

But you will never know, which person is which contact UUID. Because the server also doesn’t know.
