4. Get In Contact

When you live in a normal matter (outside of quarantine) you will have plenty of contacts with other people. Those are colleagues, customers, friends, people being next to you in public transportation, salespersons and many others.

Whenever someone is nearer to you than about 7 feet for more than half a minute, there is a risk to get infected if one is infected – or if you are infected, to spread the infection to those others.
